Is the first consultation free?+

Yes. The initial consultation is free, confidential, and carries no obligation to retain the firm. You speak with Andre directly rather than an intake screener. If the matter falls outside the firm's practice areas, you will be told that. Calling costs nothing.

Can I reach the firm after hours or on a weekend?+

The firm maintains a 24-hour answering service. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, but arrests and injuries do not happen during business hours. First appearance in Miami-Dade occurs within 24 hours of arrest, so a Friday night arrest produces a Saturday hearing. If something has happened and it cannot wait until Monday, call. Who answers when I call?+

Calls reach the firm directly. There is no intake center screening callers and no lead-generation service in between. The firm is a boutique practice by design, and the attorney who takes the call is the attorney who handles the case through resolution.

What should I have ready when I call?+

Whatever you have. Nobody is expected to arrive organized. If it is a criminal matter, the arrest paperwork, the citation, or the case number helps. If it is an injury matter, the crash report number, the insurance information, and any medical records you already have. If it is a civil matter, the contract and the correspondence. But do not delay the call to gather documents. Deadlines run whether or not the file is organized.

How quickly will I hear back if I use the contact form?+

Most form submissions receive a response within one business day. For anything urgent or on a deadline, call rather than using the form. A DUI arrest starts a 10-day clock. A car accident starts a 14-day PIP window. A civil complaint generally requires a response within 20 days of service. Does contacting the firm create an attorney-client relationship?+

No. Submitting the contact form or calling the office does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins when a conflict check is completed and a written representation agreement is signed.
