He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1989 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida in 1986. He founded the Law Offices of Andre A. Rouviere in 1992. He is a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

Andre is admitted to the Florida Bar and appears in Florida state courts, including the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County.
