About Andre

A Trial Attorney Practicing in Miami Since 1989

Andre A. Rouviere has been licensed to practice law in Florida since October 1989. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida. His practice covers criminal defense, civil litigation, personal injury, domestic violence, and DUI matters across Miami-Dade County and South Florida.

He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (1991) and the Middle District of Florida (2001), allowing him to represent clients in both state and federal courts.

Andre has served the Professional Law Enforcement Association (PLEA) since 1997, currently as Associate General Counsel (since 2007) and previously as General Counsel from 1997 to 2007. Andre's role with PLEA focuses on defending the rights of police officers.

The firm is a boutique practice by design. Clients work directly with Andre throughout the case, with no handoff to junior associates after intake. Calling early in a matter usually creates more options than calling late.

How the Firm Works

A Different Kind of Practice

Boutique by design. The structure of the firm shapes how each case is handled.

01

Direct Attorney Access

Clients call Andre directly. Every consultation is with the attorney who will handle the case. There is no front-desk gatekeeping between a client and counsel.

02

One Attorney Per Case

The same attorney who takes the call handles the case through resolution. No handoff to junior associates after intake. No rotating staff making decisions on the file.

03

Disciplined Case Preparation

Most cases are not won at trial. They are resolved earlier through suppression motions, charge reductions, settlement, or dismissal. Disciplined preparation in the months before that point is what shapes the outcome.

No two criminal matters look the same. The real work starts with reading the facts carefully, then figuring out what the prosecution actually has against the client.
